Found and Lost

Found and Lost describes Spearin’s interests in hunting, fishing, decoys, and camouflage. Although these works deal with contemporary activities the grounding of the work is definitely art historical. The exhibition included oil paintings on wood and canvas and duck decoys used for hunting which Mr. Spearin has altered and transformed into sculptural objects.
