May speaks. Daily living is art, a truly realistic view. Audience participation is an integral part of my work. By reading the scrolls, or the cotton-pads, kneeling down, the audience completes the work. The work in two small rooms are done this year. The scrolls in the big room were done in 1979. The audience is encouraged to pick up the work – cotton pads, or smooth out scrolls – to read. Have fun
