Days of Discovery

In an hour performance using Super 8 film and 2 video monitor set-up, Paulette Phillips will present “Days of Discovery”. The piece focuses on a personal journey through adolescent memories: “Collecting intellectual and emotional information from the experiences of our past, we assemble a vocabulary which recurs in our daily encounters. Memories, fears and perceptions enter and are recorded in our consciousness. In our daydreams, we are free to associate with the rational and irrational components within us all.”
