Mark your calendars, Eyelevel’s annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, September 17th at 7pm! This will be an online zoom event with pre-registration required. Click here to register!

Learn about what Eyelevel’s been up to this past year, how we’ve been operating, and help shape Eyelevel’s future by voting in new board members!

This event is open to all of Eyelevel’s membership. Memberships begin at $0 a year through our PWYC model, visit our website to learn more.

Please note, if you are interested in becoming a board member and contributing directly to Eyelevel’s future, nominations occur during the AGM! No prior experience serving on a board is required. The board is entirely volunteer run, and meets about once a month on zoom. Those interested should expect to contribute between 5 and 10 hours a month of volunteer time between meetings, responding to emails, and participating in committees. 

The Board of Directors is responsible for:

  • Managing the Artistic Director
  • Setting Eyelevel’s budget every year
  • Overseeing fundraising activities like events, grants and sponsorships
  • Working with the staff to develop policies and strategic plans
  • Help develop programming and participate in submissions juries
